Purposes of Data Processing: Administrative (invoicing and accounting), operational (provision of business-related goods and services) and commercial management (posting or e-mailing of commercial offers).
Mandatory Nature: All data requested by Idiomas Snc are mandatory in order to provide the service.
Consequences of Refusing to Provide Data: Should data subjects refuse their consent to data processing, the interested party will not be granted the requested services.
Description of Tools Used: Data will be primarily processed by electronic and computerized means and stored both on IT data carriers and on paper, and on any other medium deemed suitable, in compliance with the minimum security measures according to the Technical specifications concerning minimum security measures, Annex B to the Italian Data Protection Code.
Subjects to Whom Personal Data May Be Disclosed: Personal data relating to the processing in question may be disclosed to operators for the performance of the service.
Rights of Data Subjects
In relation to the processing of personal data and according to Article 7 of the Italian Data Protection Code (Right of access to personal data and other rights):
1. Data subjects have the right to receive confirmation of the existence, or lack thereof, of their personal data, even if they have not been recorded yet, and to obtain information about them in a clear and understandable way.
2. Data subjects have the right to be informed about:
a) The source of personal data;
b) The purposes and methods of data processing;
c) The logic applied to data processing with electronic tools;
d) The identification details of the data controller, processors, and legal representative, pursuant to Article 5, par. 2;
e) The subjects or the category of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed or that may gain knowledge thereof as legal representatives within the Italian State territory, or as processors or people in charge of data processing.
3. Data subjects have the right to obtain:
f) Update, correction, or, when necessary, integration of data;
g) Deletion, conversion into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those data that do not need to be stored for the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed;
h) Confirmation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been reported, also with regard to their content, to those to whom data have been communicated or disclosed, except for those cases where it is not possible to fulfil such requirement or where its fulfilment might involve means that are greatly disproportionate with respect to the protected right.
4. Data subjects have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of data collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her where it is carried out for the purpose of posting marketing or direct sales materials, market research, or commercial communication.
To exercise the rights provided for in Art. 7 of the Italian Data Protection Code, as listed above, data subjects can choose one of the following methods:
